I am pleased to be able to offer the Hypno Gastric Band programme, a weight loss programme over four sessions, which involves no surgery.
The sessions use hypnotherapy to simulate the procedure in the client's mind, under hypnosis, so that they perceive they have a gastric band fitted. The hypnotherapy is used to help clients address issues which may be preventing their desired weight loss. I work in a client-centred approach to achieve their own goals - to build confidence, encourage healthy eating habits, and belief in their success.
There are drawbacks to the traditional gastric band procedure. It involves surgery, to physically reduce the size of the stomach, so that the individual feels full after small portions. The surgery costs thousands of pounds and the health risks to the client need to be considered carefully.
So imagine the benefits of the gastric band - without having to undergo surgery!
What does Hypno Gastric Band involve?
You will have four hypnotherapy sessions (up to 2 hours). During the course of the treatment you will receive two pre-recorded CDs to keep, to use daily, to reinforce the therapy.
Costs
The Hypno Gastric Band package costs £300 to include the CDs.
50% payable on booking, before the first session (£150).
25% at the second session (£75)
25% at the third session (£75)
No payment will be required at your fourth session.
Further support and hypnotherapy sessions are available at standard costs.
